Cascade Precision Homes is a company founded by Mark Wiederholt and Jesse Carroll in 2020. Both of these founders have very diverse backgrounds and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. They are passionate about creating high-quality homes that are tailored to their client’s individual needs and desires. With their combined expertise in design, building processes, cost savings, development, construction, finance, marketing, and more, Cascade Precision Homes provides an unparalleled level of service.

Mark is a true home builder with a passion for construction. Throughout his career, Mark has risen to a high-level position in construction management, where he has been able to use his experience and knowledge of the industry to help create and manage successful projects. He has seen first-hand how much of an impact the right kind of building can have on communities and people's lives. He is known for his dedication and commitment to the industry, and he takes great pride in ensuring that every project he works on is completed with the highest standards of quality.
With over 22 years of experience in the field, Mark has become an expert in the art of home building. Recently, he was in charge of over 200 home builds in a single year. He has been personally involved with or has overseen over 800 home builds in his career. His dedication to quality and craftsmanship is what he is most known for, and his knowledge of the industry is invaluable. He understands that a home isn't just bricks and mortar, but also an expression of who you are as a person. His passion for creating beautiful homes that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing drives him forward each day as he continues to work on projects that make people's dreams come true.

Mark is a born and raised Oregonian whose family roots run deep in Central Oregon. His wife and kids live in Central Oregon and enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer.

Jesse has a true passion for building and the processes that go into custom home construction. For years, Jesse has been working with builders and their teams to create homes tailored to their client's needs and desires. He understands the importance of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. Jesse is committed to ensuring that each project is completed with precision, efficiency, and excellence. He believes in the power of collaboration between builders, architects, designers, engineers, trades, and other professionals involved in the building process. With his experience and knowledge of the industry, Jesse is dedicated to helping create beautiful custom homes that stand out from the rest.

Jesse is also a highly experienced professional with an impressive background in real estate, finance, banking, marketing, and advertising. He is a continual award-winning Realtor. He has been involved in the real estate industry for many years and has built up an extensive and diverse network of contacts. He currently runs a team of realtors in Oregon that not only focuses on resales but, new construction, where he provides guidance and support to his team members. Jesse's experience in the industry and online advertising enables him to effectively manage complex projects while still ensuring that all clients' needs are met. His expertise in marketing and advertising also helps him to effectively promote the clients and builders he works with, giving them an edge over their competitors.
